Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation before 30 days prior to check-in	:	No cancellation charges
For cancellation received between 30 days to 15 days prior to check-in	:	One night pro-rata cancellation charges will be levied
For cancellation received between 14 days till check-in	:	Cancellation charges will be levied for full period of reservation.
Amendment / Postponement	:	07 days prior to check in 1 night retention will be levied.
No Show	:	100% retention of the entire amount.

Note : In case of cancellation of any voucher prior to cancellation period there will be transaction & handling charges of 5 %to be levied.

Terms & Conditions :

The services would be provided in accordance to the confirmation letter given at the time of booking.
Any amendments in the booking later than 72 hours before the date of check in would be at resort’s discretion
No credit against the buffet meals would be applicable.
Check In Time would be 12:00 Hrs / Check Out Time would be 11:00 Hrs.
No Refund during Natural Calamity or Landslides, Riots or other issue as it is not resort'S fault.
